Pubs in and near Victora Rail Station, London

The Willow Walk Wetherspoon is my work local and, IMO isn’t too bad an option for a quickie pint. Being situated opposite the train and bus stations and also in close proximity to the coach station as well, it can get very busy. However, service is nearly always first class and most importantly of all: the range of ales is excellent – around 10 pumps I think – and the condition is always very good.

The area of Victoria itself is a bit of a pub desert, but St James, Westminster, etc, are all a short walk or tube journey away.

I am Traditionalist and sucker for historic pubs (apart from JDW!)

Wow! That's quite a quantum leap - from historic pub lover to jdw's 3rd biggest fan...

Sadly I can't go to beer festival as I'll be with my Sister who only drink wine!

Erm, I think they sell a variety of drinks other than ale!

I know I just love good fashioned English pub especially Victorian/Georgian pubs. I do also like JDW for its wide range of Real Ales and affordable.
