A few decent pints last night ,

    Spitting Feathers - Thirst Quencher
    Merry Miner - Davys Lamp
    Saddlers - Worcester Sorcerer
    Lymestone - Foundation Stone
    Saddlers - Red House Mild

Worcester Sorcerer is in the lead at the moment , got Monday off work so a rare Sunday afternoon session beckons

A pretty low key week on the beer front:

    Ringwood - Lovey Warne.
    Leeds - Solo 'Cascade'.
    WharfeBank - Tether Blonde.
    Saltaire - Blonde.
    Ossett - Yorkshire Blonde.
    Timothy Taylor - Golden Best.

Disappointing beer of the week went to Leeds Solo 'Cascade'. How can a beer supposedly featuring one of brewing's most aromatic hops be so bland? Dark Star 'Hophead' it ain't. Honorable mention for the Tether Blonde, but Ringwood - Lovey Warne was easily my favourite this week.

Decent sesion this afternoon , Ironbridge - American Pale , Pictish - Simcoe , Pictish - Maelstrom , Wye Valley - Butty Bach and delighted to find Corvedale - Farmer Rays Ale .
BOTW Corvedale - Farmer Rays Ale , a lovelly ruby bitter not often seen outside the South Shropshire Hills

Spent most of the week clearing up the remnants of the 'Spoons Festival beers - amazingly I managed to chalk up another 12, the best of which and a clear BotW was the Feral - The Runt. Out virtually every night this week so may yet manage to tick off some of the remaining 10.

    Not a bad week:
    Oakham Bishops Farewell
    Hopback Summer Lightening
Titanic White Star, England Glory, Nine Tenths Below

Always good to get reacquainted with Titanic ales which have yet to disappoint. BOTW was Titanic Nine Tenths Below which is a new one I think. Delicious and dangerously drinkable at 5.9%.

Had to enlist my youngest son to assist me in a spot of A team boating,Leighton Buzzard to Atherstone in three days and not wanting to set a bad example ,trips to pubs last week were severely curtailed. However BOTW goes to the ever reliable Fullers ESB,still a great pint when well kept.
