Hi, Great forum!

I'm starting a business at the moment. I've got a limited company set up etc. and I'm about ready to start business operating a prize competition (not lottery or gambling, exempt from gambling act) through pubs and restaurants. My concern is this - what if landlords who are tied to a brew/pubco aren't allowed to sell my tickets? They get a percentage of sales along with bonuses, and on average it would generate an exta 4.5k of revenue or more per year.

If there are any landlords/ladies out there who could help, I'd like to know how restrictive the ties are in average tenancies or leases, and how hard it might be for the average landlord to get permission to sell my tickets if they needed it?

Thank you!!
