I hope so - Roosters are one of my favourite breweries. Just a shame we don't see too much of them down in the beautiful south.
I know what you mean, but I still think it's the end of an era. It's OK the Fozards having (most) of Sean Franklin's recipes, but I'm not sure they'll ever achieve his 'feel' for brewing. Sadly Sean hasn't been doing much of the brewing recently, Sam has, which is why the quality has suffered in my opinion.
As you say, I don't think he had the "feel" for brewing that his dad has.

Agreed, I had a dreadful pint of Leghorn in Harrogate's usually reliable Coach & Horses last weekend. Maybe the young Fozard brothers will brighten things up.
