We have a listing for the Ploughman, Main Road, Lancaster LA1 5EQ. The postcode belongs to a modern housing estate called Abraham Heights (I lived there for a bit in the 1970s), and there is no pub here, nor is there a road called Main Road. That is a road name that is only seen in villages, sometimes in villages that have become absorbed as suburbs of cities.

I cannot recall a pub of that name around here, but perhaps it is a slightly garbled duplicate of The Plough, Main Road, Galgate LA2 0LQ? If so, it should be deleted, but perhaps the Ploughman rings a bell with someone?

Incidentally, we have "The Plough" at Galgate listed as "The Plough at Galgate". The pub's own website doesn't stretch to this level of pretentiousness, so perhaps you could change it to just The Plough?

Thanks
