Row Barge / Pilot Inn - Bembridge IOW

I'm currently plotting a few pubs on the Isle Of Wight for a weekender and noticed from the following link that the Row Barge in Bembridge has been closed and demolished. There is however another pub called the Pilot Boat Inn at virtually the same address which isn't listed on PG. I initially assumed it was the same place but obviously isn't.

We have marked The Row Barge Inn as closed. If you feel keen you can add the Pilot Boat Inn.
