There's only two definite new openings on their web site, both expected in April. They are Cross Gates in Leeds and Kingswinford. The big new Dublin hotel has no fixed date but they are hoping for a Summer opening.
The buying up of the leaseholds is probably one of the driving forces behind the closures.
