Miscellaneous Bristol Updates

Hi Conrad,

There are lots of updates in the latest issue of Pints West (the local Camra mag, for those not from this area) such as name changes and closures.

I'm happy to go through these, check what you've already got, and provide the URL for the pub in question. But obviously I can't verify the accuracy of the information. It could be that the writer of the article(s) had incorrect info, or it may already be out of date.

Is this worth doing, or would you prefer to only have updates that have been verified by PuG members?

Others certainly do it for other areas. Where it is closures we just tend to mention in the closure reason that the information was pilfered from x magazine.

If you are willing to put in the effort I think it is definitely worth it.
