Also, postal towns Hayle and St.Ives have each generated an area called 'Lelant', so you have two separate areas in the system, both called 'Lelant'. Could you just combine these to make one area for Lelant?

Trouble is that there a few which genuinely have 'Public House' as part of the name - ususally the sort of place that bears as much relation to a real pub as most 'public schools' have to the local comprehensive...
