South Norwood pub closures

I went past The Alliance in South Norwood on Friday and saw that it was now closed with a for sale board up outside. http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/24188/

I notice that a review has recently been added confirming this, and the same reviewer has also noted that the Selhurst Arms (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/24200/) has closed as well. I can't confirm this myself, but I can certainly believe that this is the case, so both pubs will need to be marked as closed.
