A lot of Youngs pubs have done this in previous years, so its worth getting on the individual e-mail list operated by each participating pub.

Theres often vouchers for a free pint of lager in walkabout in the Papers cant remember which news paper its in though I think its the Metro or Standard. Thats if you could suffer the indignity of going in one.

Youngs pubs are today sending out vouchers for free pints of Guinness, but this applies to St Patrick's Day only unfortunately (when you would think they would be busy enough anyway..., or perhaps that's why?).
