A few Gravesend changes

There are a few changes in Gravesend -

The Terrace is now closed.
The New Inn is now called Coyote Ugly.
The Plough (comes under the sub district of Northfleet) is now called Cosmopolitan.

There are a couple of other pubs that have reopened or will be shortly under new names but I need to check further.
