The Dog and Duck is another name for the Last Orders. If you look at the photo I have submitted, you will see the signboard has the Dog & Duck but the pub's name on the front of the building is the Last Orders. I suggest you delete the Dog and Duck as there are no photos or reviews. (Perhaps you could add Dog & Duck in brackets on the Last Orders entry?)

We have corrected the name to Dog & Duck (The Last Orders Inn) as suggested, I chose the Dog & Duck first as when in doubt with pub names we generally opt for hanging signage as the determinant.
