I think whoever suggested this pub had a wicked sense of humour. The letters 'C' and 'n' were missing off the name for months and so it became a bit of a joke locally.

As you can just about see in the photo, it should of course be the Crofton Arms.

P.S. The street number is 437-439 Doncaster Road.

Just been through our old feedback records to find out which cheeky monkey told us to change the name, it is one of our regular contributers who clearly has a sense of humour. I will be keeping an eye on him now.
