The Royal Oak in the 2010 picture is next door to the Market House in the 2020 picture.
However, the 2014 picture (with the scaffolding) shows building works going on in both, so was the latter separated from part of the former, rather than being a different pub altogether?
Anyway, the 2010 picture has been suppressed (as the 2014 had already been), leaving the 'current' 2020 picture showing the place before it closed.
