Another old pub under threat.

The oldest pub in Tewkesbury - Ye Olde Black Bear has had it's license placed under review over noise complaints. I don't know the ins and outs but I thought I'd share this petition.

I have never been in as it had been shut for ages but it is on my to do list so I'd like it to remain open!

I used to drive past this and over the bridge on the way to Herefordshire and although I've never been in, I'd like to visit. But I never understand why some pubs seem to chance their arm by pushing noise levels to the limit; surely they must know when to rein it in?
