    Kent:

    Kent-Kashmir IPA 5%abv:Hazy IPA.Tropical fruit,herbal lemon,spice.In great condition.I think this is a different beer to Kent's Cashmere (abv 4.5%),that was tried a couple of years back.My BOTW.

Taking advantage of the garden and the weather to enjoy some cheap craft.

Thornbridge/North - North Bridge IPA. A supposed cross between the west and east coasts take on the IPA.

Just a handful of pre-curry swifties, this week. Pub time is very limited, at the moment.

    Townhouse - Megs Mild.
    Mallinsons - Melon Opus.*
    Wensleydale - Black Dub.
    Sunbeam - Changeable.

Easy winner was the Melon Opus. Taken in Harry's Bar.

Beers that made it to NBSS 3.5 or (in bold) 4 this week:

RedWillow Lil' Soul 4.5% (session black IPA) Kelham Island Tavern
Blue Bee American Five Hop Pale 4.3% (62nd iteration - the hops change every time) Kelham Island Tavern
Timothy Taylor Boltmaker 4% Adam & Eve, Wragby, Lincolnshire
    Bass 4.4% Ivy, Wragby, Lincolnshire
Welbeck Abbey Red Feather 3.9% (red ale) Morning Star, Lincoln
Landlord 4.3% Bottle & Glass, Scothern, Lincolnshire
Blue Monkey BG Sips 4% Old Reindeer, Edingley, Notts
Ringwood Boon Doggle 4.2% Lion, Farnsfield, Notts
Pheasantry Ringneck Bitter 4.1% Chequers, Ranby, Notts
Acorn Barnsley Bitter 3.8% Bath Hotel, Sheffield
Neepsend Rombard ESB 5.2% Wellington, Sheffield
Tetley's Bitter 3.7% Black Rock, Wakefield

A tussle between American Five Hop, one of my favourite beers of the last couple of years; Acorn Barnsley Bitter at the Bath Hotel, my nearest regular haunt; and the superb Tetley's at the Black Rock in Wakefield. As I told the licensee, it was the best Tetley's I've had since the brewery in Leeds was abandoned. He's well aware how good it is, as he fired back "Best Tetley's in Yorkshire!" And I had three pints of it, so that has to be my beer of the week.
