I was told that I could get the next available train, but have now been informed that this too has been cancelled: 'Just jump on the next available train' says the app, whenever that will be. I can't even log in to cancel my ticket, meaning that I've lost the entire cost of travel. I hope the selfish overpaid ***** that drive these things feel happy...

Don't spout uninformed/"daily hate mail" nonsense. If you weren't such a robot to your app and dealt with a human you'd find your original ticket would always be valid and you'd get delay money like da Spink says..
