I think the following are a wee bit out, looks like these are the proper postcodes;

Carpenters Arms OX28 3JH
Elm Tree OX28 1NQ
Fleece OX28 4AZ
Griffin OX28 3JH
House of Windsor OX28 1NQ
Royal Oak OX28 6HW
Windrush OX28 6DJ
Witney Hotel OX28 4AZ


Also the Saddlers Arms is in a village two miles outside the town maybe it should be lumped in with North Leigh?

We have corrected the postcodes of the Carpenters Arms, Elm Tree, Fleece, Griffin Inn, The House of Windsor, The Royal Oak, The Windrush Inn and Witney Hotel. We also moved The Saddlers Arms to North Leigh (couldn't see anywhere more appropriate).

We have corrected The Three Pigeons Inn.

I have to admit I hate doing postcode corrections as they are a largely manual process on the current system, far better they are correct though. I am guessing that at some point Witney went through a Postcode update and we missed it, we did try and update all the postcodes on the system a few years back, but you always miss a few .
