Sorry, I was eavesdropping. There isn't one really central.

Nearest one is on Castle Bridge Road near the Holiday Inn.

Pass The Olde Trip and keep walking for about another 1/2 mile.
A pub is for life not just for Christmas

Another way to get there is to leave the station ,turn towards the city centre and within 100 yards you will see the canal.Walk up the towpath past the law courts and carry on for 1/2 mile and there is a rear entrance to the large Sainsbury's off the towpath that Rob has mentioned.Enjoy your pub crawl and the pringles.

Hi Hopwas Rob and Buck beat me to it there are a couple of pubs there but not worth going in Bucking fastards idea of walking down the tow path is very good as castle boulevard must be one of the most boring roads in Nottingham.
I hope you have a good time in Nottingham Alan.
