Very helpful, not

At least the latter one had the grace not to rate the place
Reviews like these are going to become more frequent as the site gets more popular, especially with the facebook link now up and running. I don’t really see much wrong with these two last highlighted ones as the first informs the reader that there are ales and food is served and at least the second one is positive even if it tells us nothing.
WE ARE THE BREADMEN - UP THE BEES
With you 100% on that comment Strongers.
We can't have it all ways, one of the major complaint about the site seems to be that we don't have enough reviews, whilst I don't think either of those 2 add much, they don't particularly harm the site, and may seed the pages for others to use.
Not sure what to make of this one .
Not very helpful at all, but this site was originally set up to reunite people was it not?
I would have emailed the guy with the email address provided, but maybe that would be too simple!
WE ARE THE BREADMEN - UP THE BEES
Would it be better to have a forum thread (Barflies Reunited? A la recherche du pump perdu? Go on, use your imaginations) rather than fill the pubs' pages with posts which don't tell us anything about the actual pub?
Don't You just hate Pubs that say
( We don't stock any Real Ales as theres Just no call for it.)
Not one I am desperately worried about, but we have cleaned it up now to make it more correct.
My interpretation is:
- the first review shouldn't have had an email left in it (back in 2004 we were a lot more relaxed though, so it will have not been noticed or just let through),
- second review whilst being fairly useless in a reviewing context does tell us it has probably been demolished, and the request is sort of useful, certainly harmless,
- and the third review is just a bump (attempt to get your article/review/post onto the front page) and should be deleted as such.
Other than that ETA is probably right, this is the sort of thing better done through the forum, but I have no issue with it being done on the review page if it is polite and has no email details left.
