The 14th is currently spared...

More than 40,000 workers from Network Rail and 15 train operators will strike again on 8 October, their union says.
The RMT said it would be "effectively shutting down the railway network" as part of a long-running dispute over pay, jobs and conditions.
It will come just a week after an even bigger strike by members of RMT and the train drivers union Aslef, which will leave just 10% of UK services running.
A smaller Aslef strike is also planned on 5 October.
So. Are we meeting at The Roebuck Inn (seems to be the closest to the station) at 12.00?
I'm planning to fit in a visit to the National Brewery Centre - before it closes for good at the end of October - at some stage during the day.
Not sure when yet, but I may possibly arrive early and go when it opens at 10:00.

That's a very sensible starting place, see you all there at noon.
I arrive at 11,20am,so will make an off piste visit first to the nearby Oak and Ivy ....if the Whatpub 11am opening can be believed.
