Great to see everyone yesterday, impressive turnout
In the cold light of a bright Burton morning my final tally for the day was 12 pubs.
Pub of the day: Although I really enjoyed The Burton Bridge Inn and the Tower Bridge Tap room is one of the best small brewery taps, if not the best, I have ever visited, it’s difficult to look any further than the Coopers Tavern.
Beer of the day is a tough one as there was so many good ones. I really liked the Grapefruit Pale Ale in the Royal Oak, the Dancing Duck Dark in the Crossing and the Wilde Childe Brownie Hunter in the Last Heretic, but probably the Joules Moon Madness Mild in the Coopers shades it.
Hope to get to the Elms and the Weighbridge Inn today which I missed out on yesterday

Well that was great fun.Good to see so many of the regulars and glad to meet some newcomers, especially the RURAD crowd.Hope everyone got home safely, and good luck to everyone on an extended drinking session today.

11 pubs in total with 8 of those new ticks.Beer of the tour for me was Fownes King Korvak's Saga ,a great poter in a strangely shaped fat glass.

Yes a very good day managing 13 pubs including 9 new ones. Chipping away at some more Derby pubs today albeit at a more casual pace.

We made it to the Elms. In here at the moment, fantastic pub. Going to Derby shortly to do a few more there, at a leisurely pace

Yes I'd say we missed you by a few minutes! Lovely pub. Now at the station waiting for the Derby train. The Totally Brewed was a lovely beer.
