Very quiet with BOTW going to Muirhouse Hat Trick IPA. A 5.2% passable IPA from a new brewery to me.

Kent. Didn't think I'd make the pub this weekend.

Sharp's-Atlantic Pale. 4.2%abv.Uninspired but in perfect condition at the newly reopened Swan Inn
Canterbury Ales-Kentish Best. 3.7%abv Hmmn.
Pig and Porter-Forever Lost.5.3%abv.Bronze, arboreal IPA.

None of these were epic, but my BOTW-Forever Lost

West End.

Beavertown -- Gamma Ray (keg)
Laines -- Breaker Pale
Youngs -- London Original
Sam Smiths -- Extra Stout (keg)
Beavertown -- Neck Oil (keg)
Fullers -- London Pride
Adnams -- Eastern Edge
Timothy Taylor -- Landlord *
Dark Star -- Hophead
Dark Star -- American Pale Ale *

That's the problem drinking in London, often indifferent or no real ale.The week was saved by The Harp where BOTW goes to the reliable Dark Star American Pale Ale.

Next week beginning on the booze cruise week and lots of Blue Monkey action to kick off. That's more like it.

If it it's going to be perfection, The Pembury Tavern is the place to go, otherwise it would be in trouble.

Another week exiled in Oxford, sentenced to some halves of Guinness or l***r, drunk by way of exploring the city's outer pubs for the first and - usually - the last time. Otherwise:

Adnams - Ghost Ship **
Bank's - Amber *½
Lister's - IPA **½
Marston's - Wainwright *½
Purity - Pure Gold **½
St. Austell - Tribute **
Shotover - Trinity **½
Timothy Taylor - Landlord **
XT - Animal **

Yet again, BOTW goes to Titanic - Plum Porter at The Royal Blenheim
