Boar's Head - Perry Barr

This is a long shot, but I am extremely curious.

The Boars Head in Perry Barr has been closed and boarded up for ages. Back in June I saw some men in suits going into the place.

Going past it on the bus on Saturday, there are now piles of rubble and wood outside the place, as if the inside has been gutted.

I have never been in the Boar's Head, just past it loads of times.

Does anyone out there have any idea what is being done to this old and iconic pub?

I drive past it on my way to work. The skip has been outside for several weeks, with some rubbish in it. The windows are still boarded though. I'll let you know if anything happens outside
