    Kent: old school.

    Tonbridge-Traditional 3.6%abv:reliable farmyard bitter.
Harvey's-Sussex Best Bitter 4%abv: prime, deep and fruity. The best tried in a long while.
Harvey's IPA-3.5%abv.Solid earthiness.Much tastier than I expected. Not an IPA in Craft or historical terms, but my BOTW. I hadn't drunk this since the late 1990s.
Both Harvey's beers taken at The Fountain

    Bit of variety this week:

    Froth Blowers Hornswoggle IPA
    Beartown Literate
    Byatt's Regal Blonde*
    Everards Milk Stout (keg)*
    Everards Tiger
    Oakham Bishops Farewell*
    Everards Old Original*

    BOTW Everards Milk Stout (keg).
As recommended by the governor at the Seven Stars with an unusual, for him, compliment for Everards brewing.
A smooth and delicious 6% stout with prominent hedgerow fruits - dark berries and a dry finish. So subdued was the gas and well judged the temperature that I'm not sure I'd have guessed that it was keg. Excellent.

BOTW goes to Stroud Fall,an unusual organic smoked bitter, where the smoke was in the background while the hops and nutty malts were balanced. On fine form in the Barley Mow.

Next week mainly a visit to Peterborough to tick off some outliers.
