The George in Croydon was back on spectacular form with a 10 handpump takeover by Oakham, all in great nick(and £1.99) especially the Green Devil IPA but BOTW goes to Five Points Railway Porter served via handpump at Five Points Brewery Taproom. One of the best examples on a London porter I've had with a delightful dry finish tempting another.
Next week end month sessions in Hertford and Kennington.
"Good people drink good beer" Hunter S Thompson

The Brew York Imperial Tonkoko was excellent on keg in The Dodo Micropub but even more excellent was a beer that might have a few beer traditionalists turn their collective noses up,
Elusive Fragola, described as a Strawberry and Basil Pale Ale , I wondered how such a concoction would work, well work it did for me to the extent it was a 3 pinter on each of three seperate consecutive days at The Alfred, BOTW at first taste.
