Went there last week for the first time since it changed hands, on an unplanned visit due to the tram system grinding to a halt, and was pleasantly surprised about the job Black Country Ales have done with the place. Certainly worth a stop if in the area.

Sorry for still not getting a proper pub crawl tool together.

I've created a map for this one based on how it looks to me https://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubcrawl/birmingham.php

I've gone with a main crawl of 13 pubs with 4 wild cards. I'm leaning towards Good Intent rather than Old Joint Stock, but that depends mainly on if anyone else is doing that.

Timings based on spending 26 minutes per pub and walking between all of them, so really only a rough guide.

Tammy probably not joining me as she's had a cold all week (negative LFD tests every day).

Sorry to hear that Dave, there's a lot of Winter colds strains knocking people out at the moment. Thats what happens when you lock us all away and our immune systems have nothing to fight off for a year.
I believe keeping hydrated accelerates its passing so a day on the fizzy apple juice could do Tammy good...

Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow and meeting up again after all this time..

I like the way you can move the pubs up and down the order, or relegate/promote them to/from "wild card". Presumably there is a feature that calculates the route when they have been rearranged but you haven't completed that part of it yet?

I was thinking of including that one, as I've been to the Old Joint Stock.

It'll take 26 minutes to get served if we walk into these pubs mob-handed!

Nice one Dave, a shame if Tammy can't make it.

A lot about, I had a bout of this a while back. I found that this stuff is a good affordable all-rounder to keep symptoms at a minimum.

Ah that's a pity Tammy, I was looking forward to nicking your cider...
