    Elusive/Vibrant Forest Anomalous Materials

This week the collaborative keg takes BOTW Elusive/Vibrant Forest Anomalous Materials, silly name but cracking beer, narrowly beating the milk stout.

Decent week with a variety of pub visits:

    Purity Mad Goose*
    Blue Monkey BG Sips*
    Blue Monkey Infinity*
    Blue Monkey Infinity +1*
    Oakham Citra
    Oakham Bishops Farewell*
    Exmoor Exmoor Gold*
    Pheasantry Lincoln Tank Ale
    Vocation Heart & Soul*

    Oakham Citra T90
    Oakham Green Devil T90
    Marble Lagonda
    Marble Cubbio Damage
    Vocation Tr-Hop-Ical
    Vocation Life & Death
    Blue Monkey Ape Ale (b)
    Oakham Green Devil IPA (b)

Some very decent cask beers there with Exmoor Gold much better than expected and the Heart & Soul in top nick.
BOTW has to be Blue Monkey Infinity which whistled through the 3 pint test on a balmy Saturday afternoon.

I've nominated Blue Monkey brews much too regularly on this voyage down The Trent,so to ring the changes BOTW goes to Vocation Heart & Soul during a cheeky pint in The Draughtsman Alehouse with half an hour to spare between connections. What a superb micro.

Next week travelling into West Yorkshire to position the boat for the annual booze cruise, sadly cancelled in 2020 by the pandemic.
