Also 9/12 for me. Getting three incorrect doesn't make the rules confusing, as asserted n the article - not all the rules affect everyone. I got the wedding number wrong, but if I was going to plan a wedding I could find out the number easily; attendance at childbirth wrong - but unlikely in the extreme as I have never attended a childbirth and don't plan to start now; I underestimated how often the rules have changed, but changing them frequently for varying areas of the country doesn't make them confusing; you just need to know what they are where you live.
Our Government aren't the only ones who don't think things through.
