    34, down from 100 this time last year.

    It's good to see lots of new places opening and old ones reopening here in Somerset, though the model is different. More cafe-style places and micros, but not many actual pubs. I do hope the trend is reversing.

    Now on 10, the trend should turn sharply upwards from the middle of next week with some time spent in Norwich.
