That is something else I have started doing since I have had a netbook....Looking for seats next to a power outlet. You may get some strange looks off women who suddenly tighten their skirts but I have not been told off yet for using the pubs electricity.

I have asked in pubs sometimes if I can go online to read my mails on their power, usually if in for a meal rather than just a drink though.

Got an inverter thing and using it in the car while its charging. No new pubs today, but 4 glorious days in York beckon from tomorrow.

I'm going there this afternoon as I have managed to cadge a lift over . Sunday rail travel round here is not recommended.

Unless Mrs B has a C.B.A. moment in the kitchen tonight, I think the month's up for me. Things got a bit messy on the numerical front last week with a couple of guestimates re pint consumption on a couple of evenings. To the best of my knowledge the final score for me is 107 pints (give or take 2 or 3) in 46 pub visits to 30 different pubs (includes 4 footie grounds and a cricket pavilion). No new pubs for me last week.
