    I don't mind Cafe Rouge for for a bite to eat or a quick drink if shopping with a lady. For some reason certain females prefer the cafe ambiance. But to me its a chain of licensed cafes and are not pubs. If Macs, BK orKFC sold beer would they be pubs ? Gawd thats the stuff of nightmares.
