A 75% hit rate for me so far. The star of the show though is Delboy20 who is not only leading our league by a considerable margin but is sitting in second place in the whole competition, out of nearly 2,000 players. Obvioulsy a long long way to go yet but well done

Thank you very much. It won't last though !!
Any chance we could end the league now ??
Putting the Villa down for a 3-0 win made the difference. I did back it at the bookies too so a great result.
I really enjoyed the game and I have the hangover to prove it !!

    Cheers,

    Del.

Bump away, as I’m first It would have been an even better weekend for me if Sunderland hadn’t got that injury time penalty as I had that one down as a draw.

Nearly had my own little betting coup as well, I did a 50p Yankee on

    Blackpool v Fulham
    Wolves v Newcastle
    Bolton v Birmingham
    Villa v Everton

    All to be draws.

The first two came in and I got excited when Bolton pulled two back for a 2-2 draw. So I was willing Everton to get an equaliser yesterday even though I’d gone for 1-0 in Sportsguru. Sadly they couldn’t pull it off otherwise I’d be £148 richer, as it is I still have £32 to pick up which will pay for a few Bank Holiday beers

0.74% of all players predicted a Wigan win, which means 2 people but of those neither predicted a 1 - 0 Wigan win.

They were must be seriously optimistic Wigan fans to predict a better result than that.

I suspect they may have been Spurs fans. The life of a Spurs fan is full of ups and downs and downs. I have to say I wasn't particularly surprised at the result although I wasn't one of the 0.74%.

A better week for me, but still only mid table mediocrity compared to every one else. My World Cup predition form seems to have deserted me.

However, I do believe my current PuG league position makes me the strongest player, on account that I am holding every one else up.

I'm not sure how Everton didn't equalise!
