Hi
Does anyone know who the correct government authorities are for policing the closure of pubs in England (including those who issue the grants) and how I can contact them direct?
Thanks

Not sure what you mean but nobody polices the closure of pubs, the police and/or the local council can close a pub if if breaks the law or if the pub breaks its licensing conditions. Contact the licensing department at the local council for advice.
Drink drink, whoever you may be,
we are the drunk and disorderly,
and we’ll drink more beer wherever we may be,
and we’ll meet you all in a pub said he.
Dr Busker
Do you know who was issuing the grants to the pubs?
