    Default Prohibition Pub Crawl.

Out last night, the Flaneur's Arms' one-man strolling drinker, cans in hand, noted pubs on his route (or those of a very minor detour), some better than others but if I'd been allowed in, this is where I'd have drunk on my crawl:

    Tapping the Admiral
    The Grafton
    The Oxford Tavern
    The Bull & Gate
    The Pineapple
    The Junction Tavern
    The Dartmouth Arms
    Southampton Arms
    The Stag
    The Washington
    The Sir Richard Steele

There were actually a couple of people drinking at the Stag's bar which otherwise does takeaway food and drink - they certainly weren't at a socially isolated distance, but did look quite alert though.

That looks like a top class crawl

Good to see the government's guidelines being adhered to.

Yes, apart from the 15 minute walk from the Southampton Arms to the Stag. The other thing is to get past the Southampton before it gets busy in the evening, because it's horrendously noisy, hard to get served and almost impossible to get a seat. Other than that...

You walk directly past The Old Oak on the way from the Southampton to the Stag and it's not a very nice walk either. Nevertheless, I'd prefer to get it over and done with...
