Minimum of weekly, depends on throughput. Cask Marque probably has something on its website that would help or the Camra book “cellarmanship” if you want hard copy.
Drink drink, whoever you may be,
we are the drunk and disorderly,
and we’ll drink more beer wherever we may be,
and we’ll meet you all in a pub said he.

No usually just a flush through with water

That's the book, it will only guide you through keeping cask beer though not the dozens of other things a publican needs to know and do.

Some pubs get professional line cleaners in once a week. Between barrels they just put some water through, or if it's the same beer going back on, not clean the line at all.

You should probably get in touch with people who actually run pubs for advice and/or training!

Looks reasonable, it doesn't cover cask beer of course.
