That's the book, it will only guide you through keeping cask beer though not the dozens of other things a publican needs to know and do.Do you think it should be done every time a change of barrel?

Some pubs get professional line cleaners in once a week. Between barrels they just put some water through, or if it's the same beer going back on, not clean the line at all.
You should probably get in touch with people who actually run pubs for advice and/or training!
