    Default cleaning the beer lines out

    how often are you supposed to clean them out with line cleaning fluid?

    Minimum of weekly, depends on throughput. Cask Marque probably has something on its website that would help or the Camra book “cellarmanship” if you want hard copy.

    That's the book, it will only guide you through keeping cask beer though not the dozens of other things a publican needs to know and do.

    Some pubs get professional line cleaners in once a week. Between barrels they just put some water through, or if it's the same beer going back on, not clean the line at all.

    You should probably get in touch with people who actually run pubs for advice and/or training!

    Looks reasonable, it doesn't cover cask beer of course.

    I bough the book off ebay and it arrived. But I am afrade that it is no good! it dose not discuss kegs and gases
