More potent as it was my local, and Kathy was a good landlady utter utter b@stards
I hope all the regulars & new potential customers boycott it and let the new owners know why your doing it.
There probably just going to turn it into a crap Keg & food Pub like a harvester anyway and ruin it.
Don't You just hate Pubs that say
( We don't stock any Real Ales as theres Just no call for it.)
A boycott would be fine, but unfortunately not really practical given the location, not city centre with loads of choice and passing trade, and a bl00dy long walk to another pub, especially with a full bladder trying to get home [not on bus routes BTW]
I tried out the nearest alternative today [Bird in Hand], and it is walkable on a good day, however not one for inclement weather, no pavements & country road, just wish it was a wee bit closer [updated review will follow]
The other alternative I am hearing good things about since it changed hands is The Farmers Inn, but even more awkward to get to, no bus goes anywhere near at all, so it is taxi or drink drive [updated review will follow]
But something is happening down the Green Dragon, white vans outside, lights on inside, so I can only wait & see
PS, after Christmas must have word with Galore Admin, PUG shows non existent bus routes for these pubs
