    Is it correct that the Garden Gate in Leeds-Hunslet no longer serves any real ale? That seems rather tragic!

    Wow! I didn't know that. I guess it's as much to do with the pub's location as anything. It's on a housing estate quite a long way from the centre of Leeds.

    Even when I lived for three years near Clarence Dock (the right side of Leeds for it) it seemed a bit of trek. Especially when the Adelphi and Sam Smiths place were mere yards...
