But what are Brewdog thinking of not selling it to men? The "pink" sexual stereotype has also been applied to the gay community. This takes me back to a case years ago where a woman from CAMRA successfully took a cider house to court (it may have been the Newton Abbot one) foe refusing to serve her a pint of cider just because of her gender. I have met the rather tall woman involved and feel confident that she could drink me under the table all day long.

Just another stunt, this one not as successful as some but got people talking at the time.

Default Young drinkers lead the trend for alcohol-free beer.

I'll keep an open mind, but I'm not expecting to be bowled over. I've had a couple of decent brews around 2.9%, but 0.5%? Really? Memories of Kaliber and Swan Light still make me shudder.

I just don't get this. If you don't want an alcoholic drink then why chose a fake one rather than a coffee, fruit juice or something else?

...and Hemeling. A friend of mine once got quite drunk on Kaliber - he didn't realise it was alcohol-free, so the placebo effect certainly works when it comes to ale.

I have had Kosmic Stout and it was terrible.Tasted like cold Horlicks (if you remember that). Also had Big Drop -pale ale on draught .Thin and watery but had a beerish flavour. Personally I would drink a soft drink instead as both these beers were the same price as the real stuff.

I see on Twitter that Timothy Taylors have rebranded Ram Tam as Landlord Dark. Never see Ram Tam around London so may not make much difference down south although they say the name has held sales back so maybe a name change might see more of it around.
