I was in Tunbridge Wells earlier on today and there was certainly none of this blue malarkey going on there!

If you walk naked through Hull you get arrested if you paint yourself blue and walk about naked its called Culture. Having said that I am quite impressed with this daft idea.

This Northern Blue was in RTW on Saturday but, as far as I remember, remained clothed.

This is an article from earlier this year explaining how some of Croydon's pubs got their names. reasonably interesting, but the highlight is that some Pubs Galore stats are quoted and the site gets a bit of a plug!

Well done to the Adder for acknowledging PuG.Shame the Ship of Fools closed but the article mentioning sailors being "deranged" did seem an apt description of some of that pubs customers.

Didn't that close as a result of the 2011 riots?

Other businesses were hit in that area, but I believe the SoF was a simple end of lease closure and conversion to a food store.

    Default Leeds Beer Week.

Runs from Sun 28th Aug - Tues 6th Sept. Would appear to be based at the craft end of the beer spectrum.
