The same people are behind the Botonist and Lamb brewpubs in west London.The beer will only be as good as the brewer.Very Brickwood,s in the case of the pubs mentioned imo.Great news, such a nice old building as well. Just hope the beer is as good once it gets going and not in the Brickwood's mould
