    I think the pubco's markups are far more significant. Beer duty has remained largely unchanged in recent years. The ee-aww group has Craft Union pubs in the Midlands selling beers at prices little more than JDW. Do they do this in the South? No is the answer because they know that most people will cough up. They are not taxes by the pubcos, just rip-offs.
