It hasn't been commissioned for nine months and they've already had to "refurbish the Bar within the WOs & SRs’ Mess"! And apart from a bit of gratis signwriting from Wadworth, we are paying taxes for this?

I've a picture on my phone of said boat I took on way out of Portsmouth when it arrived, can I add it as a new pub? I assume if you show a CAMRA card you can get on it? Not that I own one but I'll take my dad who has to bump up the New Pubs Visited numbers.
