I rarely eat out but £45 for one of these 'tasting menus' is not high, but it depends on the number of courses.
I went out to Borough last night to have a go in one or two pubs and every one was like New Year's Eve, so I gave up.

It's in Preston. I'm really looking forward to the Butter Pie although that pushes it up to £59! And of course the wine pairing...
