Can't see this pub on PuG? Any ideas Aqua?
It's not in Leytonstone! It is this one which I would call as Wanstead Flats rather than Forest Gate.I very rarely visit this and other parts of East London. I don't know the place at all but it seems to be changing. We hadn't even marked it as closed while What Pub show it as closed.
It seems our Scotland correspondent went there five and a half years ago.

I've a suspicion that some sort of gentrification and pub improvement is going on through all the areas around Stratford.
Barking & Romford remain beyond reprieve.

Sam Smiths tweeted today(but don't read it if you are in one of his pubs.
They will be selling Yorkshire Stingo on cask for the first time in these selected pubs in London only
    .From now till Christmas.
    Cheshire cheese
    Fitzroy tavern
    chandos
    princess louise
    white horse
This will be expensive I would imagine.
