I won't hold my breath though as they will surely appeal the ruling.
If it does get rebuilt let's see if the 35 Thousand people who joined the Facebook page actually use it!
They have a seemingly prosperous waste disposal business; I seem to recall they demolished the pub to facilitate access to it. They have a house and they also own the land where the pub stood. If they rebuild the pub, they will have the right to sell - and make a profit from - it. If they declare themselves bankrupt, then presumably their assets can be seized. When The Carlton Tavern was rebuilt, the owner could easily have high tailed it back to Israel and washed his hands of all responsibility.

    Hopefully not all at once.

Default Sheffield: real ale capital of the world...again.

I'm surprised Will hasn't already posted this:

Perhaps because 'real ale' and 'craft' are mutually exclusive?

Clearly The Carlton Tavern proved no deterrent.

It probably has done to the developers involved, but then again....
