Had a butchers at all the opinions: he only replies to those with 1-star and only when the customer would appear to be genuinely unreasonable. Where the punter seems to have a genuine gripe, e.g. booked a table for a birthday and was told it wasn't available due to a double booking - he keeps schtum. In fact, his rants amount to about five out of 582 reviews. Where people have a 1-star complaint about the food, his general manager responds, usually offering an apology. So maybe he's a reasonable man, protecting his business from drunken louts with an axe to grind.

I like Basil Fawlty and totally agree with him.

Hahaha, this reads like one of those spoof news articles parodying middle class puritans. “We are particularly concerned it will attract thrill-seeking young people to Dalston”. Oh no!!!

Seems they are selling a new brew as well, not sure how that will go down in the Dianne's parish

Dalston is quite - ahem - 'edgy' enough. Brewdog will do no more than gentrify the area.

Common sense prevailed , but how was the situation allowed to arise in the first place?
